I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms, when reached, were nice, I struggled to get any help from the staff before my stay, which made the booking process frustrating. The hotel's location is quite convenient, being close to the beach and the airport, but the lack of communication really impacted my overall impression. I hope they can improve their responsiveness in the future.
